  • In addition, several condo owners are completing interior renovations. This work is permitted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and may occasionally result in daytime noise.
  • As shown on the map, covered parking is not yet available, and current parking is located on a compacted dirt area. However, the boulevard directly in front of the lobby is fully finished and accessible.

Classic studio unit that provides a roomy and comfortable space for a Rocky Point vacation. Enjoy the luxury of Sonoran Star Resort. The unit offers a king sized bed and table for two. There is a sofa that converts to an additional bed, along with a bathroom and kitchenette area. Here you find a refrigerator, sink, microwave, *Keurig coffee maker, and other small appliances. There is also a refrigerator, washer and dryer, and lots of closet space. The bathroom has a two sink vanity and a walk-in shower.
The balcony offers a chaise lounge and twin chairs with side table. *You can bring your pods for the keurig coffee maker.
