The building located in the center-left section of the map is currently under construction, which may generate some construction noise during the day.
In addition, several condo owners are completing interior renovations. This work is permitted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and may occasionally result in daytime noise.
As shown on the map, covered parking is not yet available, and current parking is located on a compacted dirt area. However, the boulevard directly in front of the lobby is fully finished and accessible.
