• The building located in the center-left section of the map is currently under construction, which may generate some construction noise during the day.
• In addition, several condo owners are completing interior renovations. This work is permitted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and may occasionally result in daytime noise.
• As shown on the map, covered parking is not yet available, and current parking is located on a compacted dirt area. However, the boulevard directly in front of the lobby is fully finished and accessible.

The main room is grand, and makes the most of the beachfront sunlight that streams through a wall of windows. Step outside and enjoy the balcony that glides above the enchanting Sonoran Star Resort grounds, waiting for your next exploration.

Balcony

-Exceptional balcony that runs the length of the unit, with entrances form the living room as well as a private entrance for the master bedroom. Furnishings include a classic dining table, seating area for four, as well as a padded sectional sofa. The balcony railing provides glass to let in all of the view.

Living room / kitchen

The extra generous main room floor plan is one of the largest in Rocky Point. Plenty of space to enjoy the eight seat dining table, and the living room den space with its twin leather sofas, two easy chairs, and a wall mounted TV as well.

Enjoy a kitchen that is the envy of any chef. The central island is large, and is lined with bar stools for casual dining options. There is a counter top electric range, and lots of dinnerware and cookware tucked away in the drawers.
Stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, microwave, custom sink coffee maker, and lots more.
A separate door reveals a stacked washer and dryer, along with a wash-out sink.

Bedrooms / bathrooms

The master bedroom combines a king bed, dresser, TV, writing desk, and a chair with coffee table. You can access there balcony from a private sliding glass door.
The attached master bathroom brings together an elegant vanity with marbled back splash and custom fixtures and sinks for two, with a large walk-in glass enclosed shower. The walk-in closet presents subtle lighting and a luxurious amount of space.
