Natural light that comes in from the patio slider and UVA-filtered custom drapes shade the room yet lets light in to experience the beautiful views. There are many lamps for reading and new recessed ceiling lights. Custom made front screen door was installed to allow cross-flow of air and light to come in to cool the condo and a new, more powerful air-conditioning unit was recently installed for those hot summer months.
The living room has a beautiful blend of new furniture as well as custom furniture from Mexico to provide comfort, relaxation, and ample seating, such as 2 leather sofas. There is a ceiling fan and lights around the ceiling dome for the perfect glow in the evenings. The colorful dining room has seating for 8, a buffet table, and a chandelier with a dimmer. It makes for a very cozy atmosphere.
This very large and well-stocked kitchen offers everything a chef could want. It has a ceramic top cook stove, large oven, dishwasher, Air Fryer, microwave, fridge w/ice maker hooked up to the purified water system, granite counters, breakfast bar w/ bar stools, with many small appliances: toaster, Keurig coffee machine. coffee maker, blender. Extra cutting boards/sharp knives, dishes for 12, dozens of wine glasses and blown glass margaritas glasses, plus lots of pots and pans make it an excellent kitchen for entertaining. A new water purification system was installed with a separate faucet for drinking water and a free-standing water cooler holds 5 gallons of purified water.
The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer, lots of storage in the cabinets above, plus extras: mop, pail, broom, beach chairs, large Rubber-Made ice chest for cold drinks or trips to the grocery store.
The Master bedroom is a soft gray paint color; it has a very comfy king-size mattress and elegant furniture/ décor. Soft bedding and linens, with pillows of all sizes, complete the perfect night's sleep. There is a large walk-in closet with extra pillows and blankets and an attached, spacious, and lavish 5 piece bathroom: with an gorgeous tile shower, double vanity, and private toilet.
The second bedroom, on the opposite side of the condo, fits 2 double beds in the room with custom headboards and overhead reading lights, a flat-screen TV, 2 closets, a ceiling fan, a patio slider onto the deck, and a family bathroom directly across the hall.
The outside patio is in a perfect setting with lush landscaping all around for privacy. It boasts amazing sunsets from the patio and the water can still be seen even from the first floor. This is one of the largest outdoor patios for a 2 bedroom condo at Bella Sirena. There is a covered patio area with an outdoor ceiling fan, a large patio sofa, a coffee table, 2 comfy chaise lounge chairs to enjoy a morning coffee and a patio table that seats 4. This patio is fully enclosed, very private, and has a quiet setting, perfect for entertaining or relaxation. This condo is in building “A” and is a short walk down a lovely, lush walkway to the Sea of Cortez beach, or the 4 pools and 2 Jacuzzi's nearby, as well as a putting green and tennis courts. There is a gas BBQ for family fun and entertaining. There is ample parking for all guests just outside.
