Please note that Casago Rocky Point functions as an off-site rental property management company at Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort. Consequently, the check-in process is at our Casago Mobile Office at Los Corales Rocky Point rather than at the Resort itself. Click Here for driving directions.

- As you enter the city from Highway 8 (Carretera Sonoyta/Peñasco), you will come to the intersection with Rocky Point’s three main boulevards. Turn right onto Blvd. Samuel Ocaña (you will see AutoZone on your left).
- Continue on Blvd. Samuel Ocaña for approximately five minutes, passing several stop signs, until you reach a traffic light with a Pemex gas station on your left. Continue straight for about half a mile until you reach the railroad tracks, where you will see a large windmill ahead.
- At the windmill, enter the roundabout, pass the first exit, and take the second exit toward Blvd. Costa Diamante. Continue for about one mile until you reach Los Corales Residential, where you will see our Casago sign directing guests to our mobile office.
Expedited Check-in
We offer our guests the opportunity to provide essential information in advance. This includes guests’ names, license plate numbers, and a selfie with a picture ID of your driver’s license through our Guest Ranger Email.
Electronic Rental Agreement
This will also be included in our confirmation letter. Completing this information in advance will help speed up the process at check-in, and your time spent in our lobby will be reduced by half.
Note: The reservation holder must be present at all times. Do not forget your picture ID.

No hot water?
There is a switch located inside the laundry room, usually next to the water heater (please flip to ON and wait at least 15 minutes before checking again for hot water).
What do the doors and windows have to do with the air conditioning system?
A/C System Performance
In order for the A/C system to stay on and work in optimal condition, please make sure all sliding glass doors, windows, and front doors are completely closed. These all have sensors that automatically shut off the A/C system when opened. If an A/C service is called for and the issue is due to misuse of doors or windows, the renter will be charged for the service call.
Looking for beach towels?
If not immediately visible upon entry to the condo, beach towels can be found in the condo’s linen closet or laundry closet. Please DO NOT return these towels to the poolside kiosk. Make sure to bring the towels back to the condo after every use and leave them in the condo at the end of your stay. An additional fee will be charged (per towel) for towels not returned to the condo before check-out.
Use of the Gym
For your convenience, a key to access the gym can be found next to the internet router. Please return key to the condo after using the gym and leave it on the kitchen bar upon departure. A fee will be charged if the key is missing/not returned to the condo before check-out.
