This is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms 2nd level unit in the Sonoran Sun Resort.

This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the West Tower. The Sonoran Sun is a gorgeous oceanfront resort on Sandy Beach. You will enjoy many first-class amenities like beachfront swimming pools, Jacuzzi Tennis courts, BBQ areas, Full-service spa, state of the art fitness center, restaurant, bar, and even a convenience store. You will not be disappointed with a luxurious stay at this beautiful resort.

This unit can sleep, 6 people. This would be great for a romantic getaway or for a family of 6. This unit is top of the line premium. It just doesn’t get any better than this! You are just one floor away from the sand, surf and swimming pools. This is a wonderfully cozy and well-furnished unit. The living room if this unit has been furnished with a large black leather sofa and a matching love seat. The larger of the two sofas pull out to a comfortable bed for two of your guests. There are plenty of linens provided in the closet to make up the sofa bed at night. The living room has a light wood colored coffee table with a storage area and a side table where you can find an area to charge your electronics. Across from the sofa, there is an entertainment unit furnished with a 55' smart TV. Behind the sofa, there is a lovely piece of art that really ties the colors of the room together. The dining room has a round-shaped wood table with a black wrought iron trim that seats 4 and the bar area you will find 2 var stools for your additional 2. The chairs are matching black wrought iron with soft floral seat cushions.

The kitchen has dark-colored wood cabinetry with complimenting granite countertops and backsplash. The kitchen has a refrigerator, built-in microwave, self-cleaning oven, flat glass cookstove top, and dishwasher. There are also many smaller appliances like a water cooler, coffee maker, blender, and toaster and a Keurig. You will find all your serving ware and glasses in the top cabinets and the cookware below in the cupboards. The kitchen drawers are loaded with silverware and serving utensils. The kitchen also has a built-in bar that works great for additional guest seating or for chatting with the cook.

The master bedroom has been furnished with a birch colored wood king size bed with a lovely pillow top mattress. The bedding is grey and white-colored with your accent pillows. One side of the bed you will find a side table with a lamp and also an area to plug in your electronics.  Across from the bed, there is a mirrored 8 drawer dresser with plenty of room to store your clothing. There is a matching dresser on the other side of the room for extra space. You will also find a 40' smart TV.  The closet has a full length mirrored doors and can also be used to hang some of your clothing. There are two sliding glass arcadia doors that open to the 2nd-floor terrace. The master bathroom has his and her sinks on the vanity and plenty of lighting and counter space.

The 2nd bedroom also has a king-size bed with the same bedding and furniture suite as the master bedroom. The only difference is the guest bedroom does not have a sliding glass door but instead has a window with a roll-up shade. You will also find a 40' HD TV. The hall bathroom has one sink with a tub and shower combo. The counter space provides plenty of room on the countertop and below in the bottom cabinets.

The patio has been furnished with a black dining patio table with seating for 4. What a perfect place to enjoy a sunset meal. This unit comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. There are even ceiling fans on the terrace. You will have 24-hour security, you will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 204 of the Sonoran Sun Resort.
