Experience true luxury in this two-bedroom condominium overlooking the ocean at the beautiful Encantame Towers Resort. Incredible views are yours from the wrap-around balcony. This unit is spacious and well laid out. Encantame Viento 405 is found in the Resort's newest Tower.

On entering you find a side table and a hall leading to one of two bedrooms, as well as a hall half bathroom, and a utility room housing a washer, dryer, and sink. Going forward you enter the main living area, with its kitchen, dining table, and living room. This main room and both bedrooms have recessed lighting in the ceiling as well as ceiling fans.

The roomy kitchen is lined by a large kitchen island, set with extra seating and containing the sink, and dishwasher. Throughout the kitchen, you encounter many cabinets, along with a countertop in understated colors. Stainless steel appliances are found throughout, including a stove, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Countertop appliances are also here, like a toaster oven, indoor grill and full coffee bar.

Enjoy a truly inviting living groom. There is a wall-mounted TV, along with two sofas. A dining table for six is set where two walls of windows converge, creating a dramatic space for dining. Two sets of sliding doors open onto the expansive balcony.  Here you encounter stunning views from the reclining chairs or the raised cafe table set where both sides of the balcony meet.


Each of the two bedrooms is a private sanctuary with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Both provide wall-mounted TVs, comfortable king-sized beds, and sliding door access to the balcony. Glass-enclosed showers and mirror-topped vanities connect to walk-in closets.

Encantame Towers Resort is Rocky Points' newest Resort, bringing high-end luxury to stunning Playa Encantame Beach. Just beyond town, the sense of privacy and connection to nature is palpable. Offering a complete vacation experience, the Resort offers many desirable amenities.
